1. Call 425-259-3213 or use our Inquiry Form to visit the school or speak with the administrator.

2. Complete the ECS Online Application for Admission. Once your application is submitted, we will schedule a family interview and student testing. There is a nonrefundable $57 application fee.  

3. Complete your Variable Tuition application if you'd like to be considered for Variable Tuition rate.

Admissions Qualifications:

​

• Students must come from a Christian home defined as the following: at least one parent/guardian has a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, be a member or regularly worshipping in a local Christian church, and not be participating in practices that would be considered illegal or considered by the school as immoral or inconsistent with a positive Christian lifestyle, such as cohabiting without marriage or in a homosexual relationship.

• Students entering Kindergarten will be tested for school readiness skills, not academic skills, and must be five years of age prior to September 1st of the school year. All other 1st-8th grade students are academically screened as part of the application process. There is no screening for the Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten program, however, all PS/PK students must be fully potty-trained.

• Applications are reviewed and considered on a case by case basis and consider the unique needs of the individual students.

• Applications from families with students who are physically or mentally disabled will be reviewed on an individual basis due to special resources.

• There may be a reason to close enrollment for certain grades because of space constraints. Applications for those grades will be considered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Kindergarten Only

All Kindergarten students are screened for readiness before admission into ECS. We require that children reach their fifth birthday on or before September 1st of the upcoming school year to be permitted to enter kindergarten for that year. An exception to the age requirement may be granted by the school for children who show exceptional promise of success in kindergarten even if they will not reach age five by September 1st. If asked by the child’s parents, we will administer the screening to children whose birthday falls between September 1st and November 1st. We will not screen students whose birthday is after November 1st.
